If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund minus any fees and overage charges) only if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account.

 

Other REVION services which includes Oracle Application Express hosting [HTMLDB], dedicated server hosting, domain name registration, ftp hosting, search engine submission and web site promotion do NOT entitled the 30 Days money back guarantee.

 

Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services. Also not included are Domain Registration and Reseller programs. No refunds are available after 30 days.

 

In order to cancel service, you must contact REVION Solutions, Inc. from your account portal Please be aware that there are no pro-rated refunds after the first 30 days of service.

 

The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to reseller accounts or any fees associated with these accounts. The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to account renewals.

 

The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to returning customers (e.g. customers who used service in the past).

 

 

Accounts cancelled/terminated by REVION for violating our Terms of Service do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.
